Chances are you and your organization are in the midst of significant, fundamental change - or you very soon will be.

Today changes affect industry, government, non-profits… No one is immune. Not even traditionally old-fashioned, conservative industries - like banking and electric utilities - are undergoing the most revolutionary changes in their histories.

Even health care… Even the armed forces… Everywhere people are swept in a great tide of profound and fundamental change; it touches everyone and every thing in our society. Change is so pervasive, in fact, it is often said that the only constant in life is change itself.

And you would think with so much practice, people would be pretty good at change.

But it isn’t so.

Study after study shows on average organizations can expect about a 15% chance for success in any significant change initiative they undertake.

Fifteen percent! That’s worse than the roll of a die!

Every day people bet their jobs… their careers… on new strategies, new directions, new technology… new everything.

And sadly, for the vast majority of them, it’s nothing but a crap shoot.

Let me ask you something:

  • Are you willing to accept 7-to-1 odds against your success?
  • Are you willing bet your career - your livelihood - on these kind of odds?

Well, the good news is you don’t have to.

Hundreds of man-years of change management experience and wisdom have been distilled into a proprietary formula that smart decision-makers in a wide variety of industries have been using to win the change game for over two decades.

It’s a process that’s so effective - it’s even patented.

And now we are offering it to you - absolutely free in our online Change Management Library.

Free Access to Change Management Library

Why are we doing this? Simple: we want everyone to know what we’ve done. Our work has been a well-kept secret, and we want to change that. What better way to let people know about us than to share our insights with them.

You will also receive our Change Initiative Evaluation Tool - a step-by-step questionaire that will reveal vital elements that may be missing from your change implementation plan. Use it as a checklist for best practices, or get team leaders to fill it out together to quickly highlight areas of weakness and build consensus over next-step priorities.

In addition, the Library also contains other tools, presentations, interviews, articles, and white papers - all based on our cutting-edge experience in helping our clients manage change in world-class organizations all over the world.

Finally, as a member of the Change Management Library you will receive invitations to our regular online seminars (”webinars”) - all dealing with issues on organizational change management, change leadership, and the role of the change agent. what should my second major be? Im already planning on majoring in International Business… I want to start an MIS/IT, Management, Operations Management, Strategic Management Consulting Firm… I want to change the Group into a sort of MOTHER COMPANY or Conglomerate Enterprise and venture into starting a Publications Company that publishes three magazines dealing with Business and Entrepreneurship, Humanitarianism and Global Health, and Luxury and High end electronics….and a Business Hotel/Resort Chain………I probably dont have enough years in my life time to complete all of that but I at least want the plans to do so. I was thinking that MIS or IT would be great to get into. Any suggestions?

Good to be ambitious.

But from my experience, I planned to do something in a way I wanted…as I learned and moved forward with a plan, I realized that whatever I tried to do opened up a million other doors and possibilities for me!

I found my plans constantly changing.
That, actually, is one key to a successful plan. You have to look at your plan and modify it as you move along.

You can plan something today, but you will need to be right on top of it and keep it very dynamic.

It's good to dream big, but we still have to get there one step at a time.
Good luck.

EXU-Dry Dressing with Anti-Shear Layer - 6 x 9

EXU-Dry Dressing with Anti-Shear Layer Exu-Dry is a one-piece wound dressing made up of multiple layers. Indicated for exudate absorption and the management of partial to full-thickness wounds. Some typical wounds are: Ulcers (venous, arterial, diabetic) Pressure sores Donor sites Surgical incisions Surgical excisions Burns (1st and 2nd degree) During the body’s normal healing process, unnecessary material is removed from the wound which will make the wound appear larger after the first few dressing changes. If the wound continues to get larger after the first few dressing changes, consult an appropriate healthcare professional. Should any signs of irritation (redness, swelling, increased burning sensation), maceration (over-hydration of the skin), hyper-granulation (excess tissue) or sensitivity (allergic reactions) appear, discontinue use and consult an appropriate healthcare professional. Benefits of EXU-Dry Dressing with Anti-Shear Layer Exu-Dry is a unique one-piece wound dressing designed to cover the wound with reduced friction, save nursing time and lower total dressing costs. Exu-Dry replaces non-adherent dressings, gauze and abdominal pads. Non-adherent to the wound, Exu-Dry is more comfortable for patients during and between dressing changes. Exu-Dry’s Anti Shear Layer helps reduce shearing thus may help protect fragile granulation tissue. Exu-Dry’s one-piece, multi-layer sealed construction eliminates frayed edges, loose threads and linting. Exu-Dry minimizes disruption to new granulation tissue. Highly absorbent, Exu-Dry helps reduce the risk of maceration and irritation to the wound and surrounding tissue. Exu-Dry wicks away drainage from the wound into the entire dressing, reducing the frequency of dressing changes. Non-occlusive, soft and pliable, Exu-Dry is available in a wide range of sizes and shapes to accommodate virtually any wound or body contour. Because Exu-Dry is permeable and non-occlusive, it can be used as a wet or dry dressing on

I have operated a small business that offers video production (do weddings, small corporate videos, events, etc), some website design, photography, video transfers (like 8mm film to DVD), photo/slide/negative scanning, and similar type services that I called NTP Memories, LLC. I am expanding my services to offer some design and consulting services as well, like Auto CAD drafting and design services, LEED consulting services (for certifying buildings using the US Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System), Project Management consulting services, etc. I thought of and registered to name the company NTP Production and Design, LLC, but I am not totally sold on that simply because I am unsure of what website domain to get. For NTP Memories, LLC, I already have www.ntpmemories.com which makes sense, but I am hitting a wall on this new change. Any real ideas or help would be appreciated. I would also love some logo ideas as well if anyone has any.

Thank you in advance!

Oh, and the NTP stands for my initials, if you were wondering.

try speak for it self.com when you show how good you are, your work speaks for it self. That was a little corny, but you are asking America for help. Im not good with logos so i won't waste your time with more corny suggestions. if i can come up with more i'll email you. Good luck though…..
p.s. i did have a name for my business if i would have started…… Jazzi Occations. you can have it if you want :-)
