Welcome to the members area of the Business Change Management Library. We have a number of resources compiled here for you, and we are adding to this collection over time. We will notify you by email when new items become available.

Where to Start?

If you are new here, we recommend you first try our free online tutorials. These are an excellent introduction to the fundamentals of organizational change and will focus you right away on the key issues that trip up most change initiatives. Your time here will be well-spent. When you are done, you will already understand more about strategic change than 99% of the business community.

Web-based Seminars ("Webinars")

We periodically host live events using web-based conference software. This allows you to get all the beneifts from a live conference, but without the airfare and time away from work. Attendees can participate in the event by submitting questions, comments, and opinons - so they are targeted on the issues people like you most want to explore.. Seats are often limited for these events, so register on our webinar page to reserve yourself a seat at the next event. There you can get more information about what's coming up.

Assessment Tools

We post assessment instruments for you to use in evaluating the change initiatives in your own organizations. Originally developed to be used by our own consultants, these are field-test and give practical, action-oriented results. They are great for quickly identifying areas that have been neglected or that may present problems. Use these by yourself, or fill them out along with your Change Team as part of a group exercise.

The first assessment we offer to our members is the Strategic Change Evaluation, based largely on our Engineering Organizational Change (EOC) model. It is a comprehensive evaluation that can be used to assess the plan for your initiative's implementation. We plan to release more assessments over time after we edit and test them first.
